Members of the Advanced Academy Texture Team train and certify Paul Mitchell Schools' Learning Leaders in all areas of texture, including permanent waving, relaxing, styling, and finishing.
 

Jenni Bybee

After graduating from cosmetology school in 2005, Jenni Bybee spent two years working in a small boutique salon and building on her education by seeking guidance and mentoring from veteran hairdressers. Jenni's passion for excellence and education led her to Paul Mitchell Schools, where the Advanced Academy team fostered her desire to grow and give back. Jenni looks forward to helping her fellow Learning Leaders become even more confident and technically sound.

Emma Long

Emma Long has always been passionate about the world of hair, fashion, and beauty, and her passion was truly ignited as a student at The Hair Academy, A Paul Mitchell Partner School. Upon completing her education, Emma returned to The Hair Academy as a cosmetology instructor, falling more deeply in love with hairstyling and texture. Emma has filled numerous roles in the Paul Mitchell School system and has trained with and learned from some of the industry's top stylists.

Aubrey Harley

Aubrey Harley has been a Senior Educator and platform artist for John Paul Mitchell Systems since 1994. His work has been published in numerous trade magazines and he has traveled across the United States, exciting hairdressers and Future Professionals about habits that keep them motivated. When he's not on the road, Aubrey enjoys his role as texture specialist at the Carolina Academy, A Paul Mitchell Partner School.

Danielle Piniaraski

Danielle Piniarski graduated from Paul Mitchell The School North Haven in 2007. Always passionate about long hair and the art of styling, she was chosen to help create the Paul Mitchell Schools’ long hair curriculum. Danielle’s work has appeared in Shape magazine, and her photo shoot images have been reproduced and showcased on salon walls. Danielle has appeared onstage at the Paul Mitchell Gathering, taught mini classes at Paul Mitchell Schools’ Caper, and assisted with the Future Professional segments at both of those events. Danielle lives by the motto, “Follow your dreams and always share your passion.”

Holli Cadman

After graduating from Northwest Hair Academy, A Paul Mitchell Partner School, and working in a salon for a while, Holli Cadman wanted to be part of the Paul Mitchell family again and became an instructor at her alma mater. After almost three years of teaching, Holli moved to Paul Mitchell The School Spokane where she continued teaching texture classes. Her motivation to always be an amazing educator stems from a desire to make her children proud of her. Holli has fulfilled many roles in the schools and loves the opportunity to inspire Future Professionals and Learning Leaders. 

Margot Hisle

Since graduating from Paul Mitchell The School Cincinnati in 2007, Margot Hisle has dedicated herself to her goal of educating Future Professionals and Learning Leaders while furthering her own education in cosmetology. Since graduation, Margot has worked behind the chair in two Cincinnati salons, Salon Bel Aire (2007–2012) and Salon L.A. (2012–2013), perfecting her craft and gaining the experience necessary to become a knowledgeable educator. Always drawn to formal and bridal styling, Margot has done catalog work for Fabulous-Furs and Fabulous-Bridal. She is very excited to join the Advanced Academy texture team. 

Melanie  Rhoden

Melanie Rhoden entered the beauty industry in 2001. Over the next eight years, she worked behind the chair as a stylist, attended advanced education courses, and became a salon manager. After discovering her passion for teaching, she became a team member of Paul Mitchell The School Chicago in 2009, where she developed and shared her skill, adeptness, and love for texture with her Future Professionals as Lead Texture Specialist. In 2014, she joined the team at Paul Mitchell The School Lombard, where she continues to express the same excitement and passion along with a desire to give back to her fellow Learning Leaders through advanced education. Melanie eagerly serves the industry as living proof that “Dream Big” is not just something we say but the way we can all make our wishes come true.
